an' district wherein da crime shall gots been committed, which 
district shall gots been previously ascertained by law, an' 
ta be informed o' da nature an' cause o' da accusation; 
ta be confronted wiff da witnesses against him; ta gots 
compulsory process fo' obtaining witnesses in his favor, 
an' ta gots da assistance o' counsel fo' his defense.

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where da value in controversy shall 
exceed tweny bones, da right o' trial by jury shall be 
preserved, an' nahh fact tried by uh jury, shall be otherwise 
reexamined in any court o' da United States, than according 
ta da rules o' da common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines 
imposed, nor cruel an' unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX

 Amendment II

 and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

 Amendment VII

 In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall 
 exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be 
 preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise 
 reexamined in any court of the United States, than according 
 to the rules of the common law.

 Amendment VIII
